Our Team

Steven Michail
Principal
Steven has more than two decades of experience in real estate development, investment and structured finance.
In addition to previously developing his own projects as Principal, he has held senior investment, financing and consulting roles with global real estate firms, leading Australian banks, and advisory platforms across Australia and Asia.
His expertise spans site acquisition, planning and design, highest and best use analysis, financial feasibility modelling, commercial structuring, capital raising, project delivery, sales, marketing and asset management - applying a disciplined, analytical, and commercially grounded approach to credit risk assessment and real estate financing.
Steven has graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) and a Master of Commerce (Property Investment and Development).
Outside of his professional work, Steven is the Founder of a charitable organisation dedicated to improving the lives and welfare of disadvantaged children in Australia and abroad.

John Macree
Senior Adviser
John has more than three decades of experience across commercial real estate, capital markets and valuation.
He spent 21 years at Jones Lang LaSalle in senior leadership roles, including Director – Capital Markets, NSW Head of Sales & Investments, Regional Director (Asia Pacific), and National Director – Industrial Investments.
John has advised institutional, government and corporate clients including Property NSW, Woolworths, Goodman, Landcom, The Salvation Army, Sydney Water, Parramatta Council, 7-Eleven, GPT, Dexus, Centuria, Grosvenor and major private capital groups on complex development and investment transactions.
His experience spans the sale and repositioning of mixed use, industrial and commercial assets, often involving rezoning, environmental, heritage and probity driven processes.
He is a former Certified Practising Valuer and holds formal qualifications in Valuations and Property Investment Finance.
